The first variant of Discover was launched in 2004. The bike had an engine capacity of 125 cc. A 112 cc variant was launched in December 2005. In 2007, a 135 cc variant was launched. The Discover was the second Bajaj bike (After the Pulsar segment) to come with the six spoke alloys and the patented Exhaus TEC basically a resonator that boosts torque at lower rpms. A 100 cc version was launched in 2009 with a DTS-i engine. After the success of the discover 100, Bajaj launched a 150 cc version and stopped production of the 135 cc variant. The 125 cc variant was re-launched in 2011.
Bajaj Discover 125 Overview : Bajaj Discover 125 powered by world’s first 4 valve twin spark DTS-i engine and new sporty designs was launched in 2013. The Bajaj Discover 125 is one amongst the first Discover models that the company had introduced to the Indian market. Bajaj Discover 125 Specification : This bike is powered by a new 4-stroke, mono cylinder 125cc engine. This air-cooled engine pumps out a power output of 11 bhp at 8000 rpm. The torque output of this DTS-I engine arrives at 5500 rpm which is of 10.8 nm. This engine is mated with a five-speed manual gear box with all gears down shift pattern.
