Kawasaki Motorcycles has finally lunched the new BS6 compliant Versys 650 in India. Kawasaki Versys 650 is the famous middleweight adventure sports tourer bike from Kawasaki Motorcycles lineup. BS6 Kawasaki Versys 650 is powered by the all-new 649cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, parallel twin, BS6 engine with fuel injection system that produces 66 Hp of power at 8500 rpm and 61 Nm of torque at 7000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The suspension duties managed by 41 mm inverted telescopic fork with adjustable rebound damping right-side or adjustable preload left-side at the front and offset laydown single-shock with remote spring preload adjustability at the rear. The Braking duties handled by a 300 mm dual semi-floating petal discs brake with dual piston calipers at the front and 250 mm single petal disc brake with single-piston caliper at rear with dual channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) for the better handling braking duties and safe ride on the road.
