Strom Motors, a Mumbai-based startup Unveiled an all-new electric car in India – the Strom R3. With major push to electric automobiles, auto manufacturers are started working on their electric vehicles. The compact, two-door electric vehicle uses reverse trike configuration with a single wheel at the rear and two wheels up front. The car has been specifically designed for urban cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.
China’s car manufacture (Great Wall Motors) is going to introduce its vehicles in India for the first time. With this, company is all set to enter into the Indian electric car’s market. Visually, the Strom R3 comes with an edgy design, a muscular front bumper, LED lights and a two-tone paint job with a white roof, and even a sunroof. The R3 also gets 12-inch alloy wheels and outside rear-view mirrors (ORVM). From the inside, the cabin of the car is good for 2 adults, as it is designed for city commute. Great Wall Motor has created their first dedicated platform for EVs. called the ‘ME’ platform, the system arranges the overall layout of the core components such as the motor battery and electronic control and full integration of the three-electric system.
