Renault India has showcased the BSVI compliant version of its popular Renault Duster SUV at this year Auto Expo 2020. The Duster turbo petrol will replace the 1.5-litre diesel motor that have been the mainstay for Renault-Nissan cars in India. This version will be available post the April 2020 in the form of BSVI, But due to Covid-19 Pendemic it may take some more time to launch. This makes the Duster the most powerful petrol midsize SUV in its segment.
Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza actually took the market by storm when it was launch in 2016. The compact SUV has been a hit from day one. 2020’s facelift brings in mildly refreshed styling but marks a major change under the bonnet. The Brezza’s 1.3-litre diesel engine has made way for a BS6-compliant 1.5-litre petrol unit. Now a petrol-only model, the Vitara Brezza is available with 5-speed manual and 4-speed torque converter auto transmission options.

Exterior:- Visually, there are no new updates made to the Duster facelift. It already came with quite a few upgrades made to its front end with the addition of a new grille flanked by new projector headlamp units with DRLs along with LED tail lamps and beefier bumpers at both ends. The Turbo petrol Duster subtly builds upon the styling with tweaked curtains on the bumper and new 17-inch machined alloy wheels.
Another Side, The new Vitara Brezza sub-compact SUV continue with a thick chrome strip with honeycomb background flanked by swept back headlamps. The petrol iteration of Brezza also have the big air dams with black bordered wheel arches. It is also flaunt wraparound tail lamps with a faux silver skid plate that provides an elegant appeal to the rear end. The dual tone paint and a new badge revealing the engine derivative also make its way to the petrol Brezza.
Interior:- As far as the Renault Duster 2020 interior is concerned, it comes with all-new premium fabric upholstery, newly styled steering wheel and rectangular-shaped AC vents on the central console. Additionally, it gets a tweaked 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice assistant command, 4 speakers and 2 tweeters, chrome and piano-black bits, and a faux-aluminium trim.
From the inside of the Car, The Petrol iteration of Vitara Brezza carry the same overall design as that of the current model. Feature wise, it consist start/stop function, leather trim on steering wheel, gear lever and a smart infotainment screen with Apple Carplay, voice command and Bluetooth connectivity. The new Boosterjet equipped Brezza has an instrument cluster with five shades of mood lighting Red, Blue, Orange, pink and White.
