The Italian bike manufacturer company Ducati lunched the most aggressive looking power cruiser bike a more laid-back style XDiavel in India. Ducati felt that the Diavel was long overdue for an update and have unveiled the XDiavel. The XDiavel was first unveiled at the EICMA motor show in Milan in 2015. The XDiavel is actually the first Ducati to come with a final belt drive. Ducati XDiavel will be available in two versions in India like as Ducati XDiavel and Ducati XDiavel S.
Ducati XDiavel Overview: Ducati XDiavel is the base model. The bike come with loaded features like as Bosch Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), which dynamically measures pitch and roll angles plus the speed of relative variations that help improve performance and safety. The bike is equipped electronics allow with with ride-by-wire technology so you can choose from three different riding modes to adjust biking features as per rider’s requirements and nearby conditions, the riding mode like as urban riding mode, touring riding mode and sport riding mode. The bike come with Ducati’s standard equipment like as Ducati Traction Control (DTC) system, Bosch Cornering ABS, Cruise Control, the innovative Ducati Power Launch (DPL), hands-free, full-led lighting with DRL, backlit handlebar switches, bluetooth module, Infotainment system, premium seat and machined aluminum mirrors take the XDiavel to another level of bike riding pleasure.
Ducati XDiavel Specification: Ducati XDiavel is powered by a 1262 cc, Ducati Testastretta DVT (Desmodromic Variable Timing), L-Twin, 4 Desmodromically actuated valves per cylinder, Dual spark, liquid cooled engine.The engine generate maximum power output of 156 Hp at 9000 Rpm and maximum torque output of 128.9 Nm at 5000 Rpm. The engine is equipped with Bosch fuel injection system. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox. The bike uses Ducati Safety Pack twin 320 mm (12,60 in) semi floating discs, radial brembo monobloc 4-piston M4-32 calipers and radial master cylinder, Bosch cornering ABS as standard equipment at the front and 265 mm (10,43 in) disc, 2-piston floating caliper, Bosch cornering ABS as standard equipment at the rear. The bike also comes fitted with the Bosch Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) which provides safety and stability. The suspension work is handled by adjustable 50 mm (Ø 1.97 in) usd fork with DLC treatment at the front and single shock absorber, adjustable preload and rebound, remote reservoir, single sided swingarm, and Cast/trellis frame suspension at the rear end. The bike has a fuel tank of 18 liters and it weights around 247 kg.
Ducati XDiavel Mileage: Ducati XDiavel offers fuel efficient mileage of around 10-12 kmpl in real conditions. These figures may vary depending up on the driving mode.
