Ford Motors India Expanded its EcoSport line-up by the launch of “Signature Edition”. The EcoSport Signature Edition costs Rs. 10.40 lakhs for the petrol variant and the diesel trim is priced at Rs. 10.99 lakhs, (All prices Ex-Showroom, New Delhi). This will be a limited edition variant. The EcoSport Signature edition is powered by the 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines, but there are some cosmetic updates that distinguish it from the EcoSport Titanium.

Exterior:

The Ford EcoSport Signature Edition is based on the Titanium trim. Like the EcoSport S, it too gets sportier styling with features like black front grille with chrome surrounds, black fog lamp bezel, 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, black roof rails, a sportier rear spoiler, anodised blue interior trim and blue seat stitching.

Interior:

Ford Ecosport Signature Edition interiors feature the subtle use of blue accents on seat stitching, centre console and instrument panel. The Ford EcoSport Signature Edition will boast of a comprehensive safety package featuring ESC, TCS, and HLA. Ford hopes that the introduction of these two new variants, even though at an expensive price tag will further boost the sales of Ford Ecosport.

Specification:

Ford EcoSport Signature Edition is available with the 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine options. The 1.5-litre 3-cylinder petrol makes 123 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque while the diesel 1.5-litre diesel makes 100 PS of power and 205 Nm of torque coming paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The petrol power-train comes mated to a 5-speed manual or an optional 6-speed automatic gearbox.
