The Duet is a unisex 110cc scooter from Hero MotoCorp. It is one of the first new products developed independently by Hero MotoCorp since its split with long-time joint venture partner Honda. The Duet is being promoted as a family scooter. The metal body is beautifully moulded into a very modern and dynamic shape, which makes it one of the best-looking scooters in the segment. The Duet come with front headlamp and the turn signals have been integrated into a single unit on the handlebar, while the V-shaped chrome strip on the front apron adds a modest amount of bling. The black floorboard, seat and the grab rail contrasts beautifully with the funky paint schemes.
Duet is based on a new platform and comes with full metal body. The Hero Duet is powered by a indigenously developed 110-cc air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder OHC engine, producing a maximum power output of 8.5PS at 8,000 rpm and maximum torque of 8.3 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm. Hero claims that the Duet scooter has an overall mileage of 63.8 kmpl which is among the highest for scooters on sale in India. The Hero Duet has been priced at Rs. 47,250 for the LX version and Rs. 57,251 for the VX version (Both pricing are Ex-Showroom New Delhi After GST).
