Hero Xtreme is powered by a 199.6cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, the Xtreme 200R puts out 18.1 Bhp of power at 8000 rpm and 17.1 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. Hero Xtreme 200R engine is carburetted and comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. There are disc brakes present both front and rear, with the front getting ABS as standard. It takes around 4.6 seconds to propel the Xtreme 200R to 60 kmph and comes with a rated top speed of 114 kmph.
