How to Use Coffee for Effective Weight Loss – Coffee is been used by many as a drink that makes them active during the day and is also consumed by people as a pre-workout who visits gym or by athletes as it gives you energy and it also helps you to lose weight.

Coffee has many stimulants such as caffeine, theobromine, theophylline and chrologenic acid but caffeine is the main stimulant which plays an important role in weight loss. Caffeine makes you feel active and agile when you are tired during the day and caffeine works by blocking an inhibitory neurotransmitter called adenosine. By blocking adenosine, caffeine increases the firing of neurons and release of neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine which makes you more active in the gym you would be able to workout with more focus and dedication which will help you to lose weight.

Coffee improves metabolism- Caffeine present in coffee improves our rest metabolic rate. It is the rate at which you burn calories when you are resting. Higher the RMR more you will loose weight while resting. Many studies have proven that over the time consumption of coffee increases your RMR by 8 to 11 per cent.

A study has shown 3 milligrams of coffee per kg of body weight is good enough for weight loss but with the time you get tolerant to caffeine and the effect recuses of it. This can be taken care if you follow a cycle of coffee intake like 2 weeks of consumption and take 2 two week brake from it. Caffeine enhances your calorie burn as it gives you energy and you become more alert during the workout. Caffeine also prevents you from gaining weight as many studies have concluded people on high caffeine dosage do not tend gain much weight from the people who are not using caffeine for the workout. Caffeine has been a stable stimulant in all fat burner and pre-workout supplements as it gives you focus to the workout.
