Hyosung first made its entry into the Indian market in 2004 with a Kinatic Badge bikes of Aquila 250 and Comet 250, which were both quite popular but they exited the Indian market and later came as DSK Hyosung in 2012. It is a merger between South Korean company and DSK. They want to capitalize on India’s growing super bikes market. There portfolio of bikes are for people who aspire to own a super bike but cant afford it. These Bikes are loaded with power and features but are not that expensive in comparison to others. Currently DSK Hyosung is selling six bikes in India. They have also set up huge network of dealers all over India.

Hyosung GT650R – As we have said it earlier both these bike GT250R and GT650R are identical looking bikes the difference is its engine capacity. GT650R is a middle weight performance bike from Hyosung in India. Hyosung GT 650R continues to remain one of Hyosung’s most popular offering worldwide. The bike is powered by a four-stroke, 647cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin engine that produces 72.68 Bhp of power at 9000 rpm, with torque of 60.9 Nm at 7500 rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The power produce may look adequate but in real world the bike lacks throttle response. Hyosung ST7 (Discontinued) – ST7 is a total old school cruiser and is the most expensive offering from Hyosung in India. Hyosung Aquila Pro650 – Hyosung Aquila Pro650 is the big brother of GV250 but there is not many similarities between them. Hyosung Aquila Pro650 is the bigger and more powerful of the Aquila series cruiser motorcycles sold by Hyosung in India. The Pro650 is a beautiful looking cruiser which has enough of chrome has got swept back handlebars which gives the rider an upright seating position overall styling of the bike is quite old school. The bike powered by a 647cc 8-valve, V-Twin engine that produces 74 Bhp of power at 9000 rpm and 62.1 Nm of torque at 7500 rpm. It is belt driven and gets a five-speed gearbox. The Aquila Pro650 is the second most expensive Hyosung bike in India.

Hyosung GT250R – GT250R is a typical racing bike which is an identical looking bike to its big brother GT650R. The GT250R is one of the first Hyosung motorcycles to be launched in India.
