Mahindra & Mahindra, the home-grown auto giant, launched the facelifted Bolero in 2012 with vital exterior and interior updates and mechanical modification. The Bolero is one of the top-selling Mahindra cars in India, since its launch. Bolero has very macho looks owing to its large rectangular shaped hawk-eyed headlamps, honey comb shaped mesh and grille with chromed tipped Mahindra badge and body colored bumper with integrated fog lamps which add to the sporty and aggressive looks of the MUV. 

Mahindra Bolero Specifications:

Mahindra Bolero has the 2.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine with common rail diesel injection and a 5-speed manual transmission. The Bolero SLX and DI model comes with the four-wheel drive option. The engine generates 63bhp of power 180Nm of torque. Mahindra also offers a slightly more powerful and efficient mHawk 1.5-litre three cylinder D70 version of the engine that develops 70bhp of power and 195Nm of torque with the SLE, the SLX and the ZLX trims with the Power+ badge.

Mahindra Bolero Exterior:

The updated model looks more rugged, sportier and outgoing than the old one. At the front, The car comes equipped with body colored bumpers and large rectangular headlights. The Car has ORVM on the right side. Wheels are covered, without any alloys to add charm and grip.Bumpers in the Bolero are body colored.

Mahindra Bolero Interior:

Interior design is neat and simple, but has started showing its age now. However, it gets wooden finish around the AC vents and console and three-spoke steering with silver accents. Plastic quality is improved. It offers ample legroom and headroom for tall passengers. Just like other Mahindra car models, the SUV has plenty of features to offer such as multi information digital display, internally adjustable mirrors, an audio system with MP3/ CD support, AC unit with four AC vents etc.
