We are all stranded in our homes due to Covid 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise.
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds.
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees.
Rest for 30 seconds.
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest.
Exercise:- Today we will do strength and conditioning of the upper body along with some cardio exercises. Today‘s workout includes a combination of 6 exercises forming one set. In total, we will do 4 sets of them. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds and after that, we will take a rest for 20 seconds.
1. Sprwals for 40 seconds rest for 20 seconds.
2. Mountain Climbing for 40 seconds rest for 20 seconds.
3. Hindu pushups for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.
4. Star jumping jacks for 40 seconds rest for 20 seconds.
5. High plank Jumping Jacks for 40 seconds rest for 20 seconds.
6. Skiing for 40 seconds rest for 20 seconds.
Then do cool down exercise.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
