In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if you don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees
Rest for 30 seconds
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest
Exercise:- In today’s workout, we will focus on the upper body and abdominal movements. We will do a set of 2 minutes 30 seconds in that set we will perform 5 movements non stop. Each movement we will do for 30 seconds. After completing one set we will take rest for 30 seconds. The minimum we have to perform 5 sets but you can do more sets according to your strength and stamina.

2. V Situps for 30 seconds
4. Leg raises for 30 seconds
5. Body weight swimmers for 30 seconds.
Then do cool-down exercises
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
