We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if you don’t have any, you should not worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will do two sets of each exercise
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees.
Rest for 30 seconds
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest
Exercise:- Today we will do a workout of a combination of 3 exercises that we will perform for 2 mins and 30 seconds and then we will take a rest for 30 seconds. In total, we will perform 8 sets of these exercises.
So download Tabata app in your phones
1. Push-ups with mountain 2 mountain climbers 10 reps.
2. Single leg glute bridge 10 reps each side.
3. Plank punches for rest of the lime left of 2 mins 30 seconds.
Then do cool-down exercises
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
