Quarantine Workout of the Day – 06-05-2020

We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.

In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.

These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.

Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise. 

1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds. 

2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each. 

3. Snake pose for 30 seconds. 

4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds. 

Warmup 2 sets

1. 30 seconds high knees. 

Rest for 30 seconds. 

2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds. 

1 minute rest. 

Exercise:- Today we will do AMRAP for 25 in that we will do 5 exercises for 5 sets each. It will be a circuit training routine. Where we will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.

For eg set 1 exercise 1 for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 2 for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 3 for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 4 for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 5 for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Like that we will do 5 sets. 

Exercise 1:- Burpees for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 2:- Reverse lunges with a kick for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 3:- Jump Squats for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 4:- Close Grip pushups for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Exercise 5:- High knees for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. 

Then do cool-down exercises. 

1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand. 

2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
