We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise.
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds.
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees.
Rest for 30 seconds.
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest.
Exercise:- Today workout we will do a combination of two exercises. The exercises will be performed for 4 sets. In total we will do 4 combination of exercises. Each exercise will be done for 10 reps. Rest for 15 seconds after completing each set.
Combination 1:- High plank shoulder taps + Sprawls ( 10 reps each x 4 sets)
Combination 2:- Beast Lunge raise + beast poses with kicks ( 10 reps each x 4 sets).
Combination 3:- Tabletop with toe touch + dog bird pose ( 10 reps each x 4 sets).
Combination 4:- Jump Lunges + burpees.
Then do cool-down exercises.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
