At times like these were COVID19 is reaching its peak numbers in India. We need to keep our body fit and running for that we need to do some kind of physical activity.
So here at Talkingtrendo, we will be providing you daily home workouts sessions so you can keep your body fit at home. You do not have to visit the gym at these prevailing times.
Stretching- we will do two sets of each exercise
1.World greatest stretch for 30 seconds each side.
2. Cammel cow pose for 30 seconds.
3. Release push-ups for 30 seconds
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. Leg shuffle for 1 minute
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest
Exercise:- Today’s workout we will focus on developing strength on the upper body and abdominals with this short workout. We will do four AMRAP sets repeating it two times. Each Amrat will have 3 exercises. Each exercise will last for 45 seconds and we will rest for the remaining 15 seconds.
First AMRAP-repeat it 2 times.
1. Inchworm to pushup for 45-second rest 15 seconds
2. Crab toe taps for 45-second rest 15 seconds
3. Single leg sit up for 45-second rest 15 seconds.
Second Amrap-repeat it 2 times
1. Narrow to wide pushups for 45-second rest 15 seconds.
2. High to low plank shoulder tap for 45-second rest 15 seconds
3. Butterfly sit-ups for 45-second rest 15 seconds
Third AMRAP- repeat it 2 times
1.Mountain Climbers for 45-second rest 15 seconds
2. Blast off Pushups for 45-second rest 15 seconds
3. Bicycle crunches for 45-second rest 15 seconds
Forth AMRAP-repeat it two times
1. Burpee for 45-second rest 15 seconds
2. High plank toe touch for 45-second rest 15 seconds.
3. Leg raises for 45-second rest 15 seconds
Then do cool-down exercises
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
