In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Shoulder bend roll 5 times clock wise and 5-time anti clock wise.
kick each of your legs 10 times in the air.
Alternate leg knee tucks – 5 times each leg.
1 Minutes skipping
Rest for 15 seconds
1 Minute twisting jump
Rest 15 seconds
1 Minute Alternate toe touch
Rest for 30 seconds
Exercise:- Today we will do AMRAP (as many reps as possible) for 30 mins where we would do a combination of 5 exercises. We will do exercise for 40 seconds each then take rest for 20 seconds. You should do at a steady pace so that you don’t get burned out fast. In Total, we will do 6 sets of a combination of 5 exercises.
So here is the workout.
1 40 seconds of star jumping jacks rest for 20 seconds
2 40 seconds of pike pushups then rest for 20 seconds
3 40 seconds of jump lunges then rest for 20 seconds
4 40 seconds of Hindu pushups then rest for 20 seconds
5 40 seconds of Alternate leg raises then rest for 20 seconds
