We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if you don’t have any so don’t get worried as you can do it without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise.
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds.
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees
Rest for 30 seconds.
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest.
Exercise:- Today we will do back core workout. We will not use any equipment. It will be a total body weight workout. In today‘s workout we will do five sets of these 6 exercises as a circuit. Each exercise we will do it for 45 seconds and for 15 seconds we will rest between each exercise.
1. High plank body weight renege rows for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
2. Inchworms for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
3. Body weight rowing for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
4. High plank to squats for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
5. Bird dog for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
6. Side plank leg raises for 45 seconds and rests for 15 seconds.
Then do cool-down exercises.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
