We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Shoulder stretch 20 seconds each shoulder.
Alternate leg knee tucks – 5 times each leg.
1. 30 seconds high knees
Rest for 15 seconds
1 Minute twisting jump.
Rest 15 seconds.
1 Minute Alternate toe touch.
Rest for 30 seconds
Exercise:- Today we will do 2 AMRAPS (as many reps as possible). The first AMRAP will be 20 mins where will mainly do cardio and strength exercise combined. In total, in the first AMRAP, we will do a combination of 4 exercises. These 4 exercises will comprise one set. In this 20 mins, we have to do as many sets as possible.
1. Burpees 10
2. Jumping Lunges 10 each leg.
3. Seal jacks 30 reps
4. Spider Mountain climber 10 each side
2 mins break.
Second AMRAP for 10 minutes. We will focus on cardio and abs. In total we would do a combination of 3 exercises.
1. Twisting jumps 20 times
2. body weight skiing 10 each side.
3. alternate leg raise 10 each leg
Then do cool-down exercises.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
