We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise.
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees.
Rest for 30 seconds.
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest
Exercise:- Today we will do a combination of 5 exercises and then take 30 seconds to rest after completing one set. In total, we will do 5 sets.
First set we will do each exercise for 25 repetitions.
Second set we will do each exercise for 20 reps.
Third set we will do each exercise for 15 reps.
Forth set we will do each exercise for 10 reps.
Fifth set we will do each exercise for 5 reps.
1. Air squats
5. leg raises
Then do cool-down exercises.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
