We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise.
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees
Rest for 30 seconds.
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest
Exercise:- Today we will do a workout for 25 minutes. in that time span, we will perform 5 exercises . of each exercise we will do 5 sets. We will be performing the exercise for 40 seconds and after that we will rest for 20 seconds.
Exercise no 1 40 seconds on then 20 seconds off.
Exercise no 2 40 seconds on and then 20 seconds off.
Exercise no 3 40 seconds on then 20 seconds off.
Exercise no 4 40 seconds on then 20 seconds off.
Exercise no 5 40 seconds on then 20 seconds off.
like this we will do 5 sets.
Exercise no-1:- sprawls 40 seconds on then 20 seconds off.
Exercise no-2:- Skiing
Exercise no- 3:- High plank jacks
Exercise no-4:- Squat jump jacks
Exercise no-5:- Plank hold punches.
Then do cool-down exercises.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
