In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching:- we will two sets of each exercise
1.Moutain pose for 30 seconds
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 set
1.30 seconds high knees
Rest for 30 seconds
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest
Exercise:- In today’s workout we will be focusing on shoulders and cardio strengthening training. It will be a 30 mins workout where we will be doing 6 exercises in a circuit forming one set and in total we will perform 5 sets of them. Each exercise will be done for 45 seconds and we rest for the next 15 seconds. If you have dumbles use them otherwise do it without them.

1.Pike Pushups for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds
2. Mountain climbers for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds
3. Body weight bend over reverse fly for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds
4. Body weight swimmers for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds
5. Skaters jumps for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds
6. Beast pose shoulder tap for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds
Then do cool-down exercises
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds
