We are all stranded in our homes due to Covid 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds
2. Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees.
Rest for 30 seconds.
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest.
Exercise:- Today we will focus on cardio and abs. It will be 2:30 mins per set workout in total we will do 5 sets of this and after the set we will be resting for 30 seconds.
In one set we will do 4 exercises. That we will perform non stop for 2 30 mins then take rest for 30 seconds.
1. Laters suicide 10 times each side.
2. Spider mountain climbers 30 times.
3. Seated oblige twist 10 times each side.
In total we will do 3 sets of these exercises.
Then do cool-down exercises.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
