We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.
In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if you don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Stretching- we will two sets of each exercise
1. Moutain pose for 30 seconds
2.Thread the needle for 30 seconds both hands for 15 seconds each.
3. Snake pose for 30 seconds.
4. Glute bridge for 30 seconds.
Warmup 2 sets
1. 30 seconds high knees.
Rest for 30 seconds
2. Mountain climbing 30 seconds.
1 minute rest
Exercise:- In today’s workout, we will focus on legs and on cardiovascular strength. In total we will perform 6 exercises in a set and in total, we will do 5 sets of it. Each exercise we will perform for 45 seconds and for 15 seconds we will rest.

1. Jump squats for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
2. Spider Mountain climbers for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
3. Lunge jump for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
4. Burpees for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
5. Skaters jump for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
6. High knees 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.
Then do cool-down exercises
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold fopr 30 seconds.
