Quarantine Workout of the Day – Monday

We are all stranded in our homes due to Covid-19. So, at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you. 

In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity. 

These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if you don’t have any you shouldn’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment. 

Stretching

Shoulder bend roll 5 times clockwise and 5 time anti clockwise. 

Kick each of your legs 10 times in the air. 

Alternate leg Knee tucks – 5 times each leg. 

Warmup

1 Minutes Skipping 

Rest for 15 Seconds – 1 Minute twisting Jump. 

Rest 15 Seconds – 1 Minute Alternate toe touch 

Rest 30 Seconds. 

Exercise – Today total workout time is 20 mins. In total, we will be doing 10 exercise. Where we will be combing 2 exercises in a set. Each set will be of 1 minutes each. we will repeat it 4 times. The first exercise will be done for 30 seconds and another for 20 seconds and 10 seconds rest after completion of the set. Then we would move on to a combination of exercise.

30 Seconds high knees

20 Seconds Jumping Squats 

10 Seconds Rest

2. Total Workout times 4 Minutes

30 Seconds plank shoulder Tap

20 Seconds Pushups 

10 Second Rest. 

3. Total Workout Time 4 Minutes 

30 Seconds burpees

20 Seconds split lunges 

10 Second Rest. 

4. Total Workout Time 4 Minutes

30 Seconds inchworm

20 Seconds bear walk. 

10 Second Rest. 

5. Total Workout Time 4 Minutes

30 Seconds Planks 

20 Seconds Lying Leg Raises

10 Second Rest.
