Best Smartphone priced under Rs 30,000 in India
When you are looking to buy phone under Rs 30,000 you want the phone to have best of features, good screen size, good looks some of the phones may be flagship phones of their respective brands and some are not but at this price you get best of processor, best of Operating system. So lets now which are the best phones in this category
At first glance, the BlackBerry Z30 looks like a host of other smartphones out there, but once you pick it up, the phone seems quite solid. At 170 grams, the phone isn't the lightest to lug around, but the weight is well spread out around its 140.70 x 72.00 x 9.40mm frame, and the phone doesn't feel bulky. We especially liked the textured back that exudes a premium feel.
The power/ lock button is on the top, which seems like a strange decision for a phone this size. However, you don't mind this as much as you would on, say, an Android phone, as simply swiping up from the bottom of the screen wakes up the phone, so you don't find yourself reaching for the button to unlock the Z30.
While the rear cover of the BlackBerry Z30 is removable, the battery inside is not, which means you can only access the microSD and micro-SIM slots.
While the iPhone 5c is a solid phone in its own right, with Apple choosing to release the 5s at the same time, comparisons between the two are inevitable, and that's where it becomes difficult to recommend the colourful iPhone over the flagship. When you spend north of Rs. 40,000 rupees, you expect to buy the latest and greatest that a company has to offer, and the iPhone 5c clearly doesn't deliver on that count. If you are considering the 5c as an option, we recommend you spend a little bit more money and buy the iPhone 5s instead.
Motorola seems to be targeting the price-conscious smartphone market with a vengeance. We already know that the budget Moto G has set cash registers ringing around the world, but Motorola hasn't taken its eyes off the mid-range smartphone market either.
Less than two months after the release of the Moto G, comes the company's flagship, the Moto X. The newest member of the Motorola family is squarely aimed at delivering more in terms software, camera, and design without compromising on performance.
First, let's talk hardware design. The Nexus 5 features a 5-inch 1080p IPS display – that's 1920 x 1080, giving us 445 PPI. If you can pick out the pixels on this display, please donate your eyes to science.
The display itself is crisp, although its colors are less saturated than what you'd find on the HTC One or iPhone 5s. The Nexus 5's display doesn't get as bright as those devices, either, but it's not a big deal.
The Z1 is certified to IP standards for dust and water resistance, so ought to be 100% impervious to the more mundane threat of pocket fluff.
Indeed, the phone's ports – microSD, USB and micro-SIM – are all hidden behind rubber stoppers, to keep water, dust and fluff at bay.
The Z1's 3.5mm headphone jack is open to the elements on the top-left corner of the phone, so Sony's done a bit of useful work here to waterproof that and do away with the rubber stopper.
During a phone call, we were treated to clear sound and not once did the phone lose reception in the half-an-hour conversation that we had. In our battery test, the phone lasted us 9 hours and 7 minutes, which is less than what the elder sibling managed. However, there is a power saver mode that works really well and one could use it in case there is a dire need to use the phone for a while without charging it.
