Design and Features

Triumph Motorcycle has expanded its Bonneville range with the launch of the new 2018 speedmaster. The new 2018 Speedmaster is based on the Triumph Bonneville Bobber. The Speedmaster shares most of its components with the Bobber including the chassis, engine, suspension, swingarm and exhaust but gets different riding dynamics and a few tweaks to the looks as well.

Engine

Powering the Bonneville Speedmaster is the same 1200cc high-torque parallel-twin motor that also does duty in the Bobber. Mated to a 6-speed gearbox, the powertrain produces 77 PS of power at 6100 RPM and 106 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM. Stopping power is provided by 310mm twin disc front brakes setup with two twin-piston Brembo callipers and a single 255mm dia disc at the back, while ABS is standard.
