The last date of availability of the UPSC Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) Exam 2014 form is Monday, June 16, 2014. Candidates who have successfully cleared the SCRA 2014 written examination conducted on January 12, 2014 have to duly fill up and submit the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online and send a signed (with ink) printout of the DAF with recent passport size photographs and relevant documents
