Volkswagen I.D. Crozz electric SUV – Overview:
Volkswagen India return back to Auto Expo 2020 by showcasing the I.D. Crozz electric SUV based on MEB platform for electric vehicles in India. The ID Crozz concept could be used an 83kWh lithium-ion battery, which powers a 102hp/140Nm electric motor at the front wheels and a 204hp/310Nm electric motor at the rear wheels. This gives the ID Crozz a combined output of 306hp and 450Nm of peak torque. VW claims a range of over 500km and says that it intends to limit the production version’s top speed to 180kph. VW car-maker plan to introduced more-than 20 fully-electric vehicles in India by the end of 2025.
