Benefit of Increasing Neat – When you want to loose weight you mainly depend on exercise and workout you try to inc-operate more exercise in our daily routines and try to eat a clean diet. But you somehow neglect an important aspect of life which is as or more important than doing exercise or eating clean diet that is your daily chores activities which also burn calories and we are not aware about it because we are not counting calories of these activities and do not think that they will help us in loosing weight.

The only way you loose weight is when you are on a calorie deficit. Weight loss occurs when you burn more calories then you consume either by eating less food or by doing more exercise. A full day has 24 hours in which you are sleeping for max 7 to 8 hours 1 or 2 hours you are exercising and you take around 1 hour in consuming all the meals that equals to 10 yours approx and in the rest 14 or 13 hours you are following your daily routines like working at office, taking care of home or children or watching tv. The time can be productive and help you in your weight loss journey.

You can increase your NEAT time bringing in small changes in your life. You have to be active and regularly thinking about it what things you can include so that will burn calories. If your a working individual and you commute to work by metro so while using metro you should use stairs instead of escalators or lifts, once a week you should clean your house by yourself, play with your kids more often take them to parks if you have a pet take them out when watching tv try to move around at break time whenever you receive a call start walking around these small activities if implemented into the daily lifestyle you won’t have to put extra efforts at gym or following rigorous diets

You aren’t only burning calories at the gym, but walking to the office, standing while working all these activities too burn calories. So when you are burning calories more than consuming you automatically use energy from your body fat and muscles and when your levels are down your metabolism improves.

When you implement NEAT in your daily routine and along with you are doing a regular workout you burn more calories then you are burning through only calories. the person who is following NEAT will lose weight and will not let you gain weight too because when you are continuously active during the day you would be burning more calories from the person who are not following NEAT and will not get obese.
