German luxury car maker Audi has finally launched its new Audi Q7, which is a 7 seater SUV, after a long wait in India. In the Audi Q7, the company has given a combo of performance, style, comfort and excellent driving, making it the most powerful SUV in its segment. Audi India has introduced the Q7 in two great variants, with the Audi Q7 Premium Plus variant priced at Rs 79.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Audi Q7 Technology variant priced at Rs 88.33 lakh (ex-showroom). Let us know about the Audi Q7 in detail. It comes to India as a Complete Knock Down (CKD) unit and will be manufactured at the Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) plant in Aurangabad. Along with, The car gots standard 2-year warranty, which can be extended up to 7 years, while the base 5-year Road Side Assistance (RSA) can be lengthened up to 10 years. There are multiple service plans on offer as well.
Audi Q7 facelift Exterior Design:
The new 2022 Audi Q7 Facelift has received a host of cosmetic changes along with new features. In terms of design, The new Audi Q7 facelift is quite different from the pre-facelift model in terms of looks. It comes with full LED headlights which are standard while customers also have the option of HD Matrix LED technology with Audi laser light. The SUV also gets bigger intakes, new alloy wheels, new sleek LED taillights and sharp bumpers.
Audi Q7 facelift Interior:
Talking about the interior, many changes have been made there too. Talking about the standard and safety features of the new Audi Q7, it will get a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 8.6-inch touchscreen for HVAC controls, MMI interface with voice recognition, 4-zone automatic climate control, premium 3D B&O Sound System – Sound Playback, 19 Speakers including 3D Speakers, Center Speaker and Subwoofer, 730 Watts of Power with 16 Channel Amplifier, Comfort Center Armrest, Keyless Entry, Ambient Lighting, Foldable Seats, Air Ionizer, Lane Departure Warning, Steering Assist. There are many safety and comfort-related features including 8 airbags, park assist, cruise control and 360 degree camera.
Audi Q7 facelift Engine:
The Q7 facelift is powered by a 3.0-litre TFSI, V6 petrol engine that makes 335 bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque, and comes mated to a standard eight-speed Tiptronic gearbox and quattro AWD system. Like the new Q5, the Q7 will get a mild-hybrid system, consisting of a 48-volt electric motor equipped with a lithium-ion battery and a Belt Alternator Starter (BAS). The SUV can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in less than 5.9 seconds. Audi has dropped diesel options for both the Q5 and Q7.
