The popular electric scooter manufacture company Benling has lunched the new stylish entry-level different looking electric scooter Polo in India. The Benling Icon is the entry-level low-speed stylish looking electric scooter from Benling lineup. In terms of design the Benling Icon electric scooter is quite quirky with a naked handlebar design language with short visor, an angular front apron with a round shape LED headlight in the centre and eye-catchy LED taillight with a radical design. The Icon LA uses a VRLA lead-acid battery pack, while the Icon LI uses a lithium-ion battery pack both of which offer same riding range but different charging times. The Icon LA model has an impressive riding range of 70-75 km with a charging time of eight to nine hours only and the Icon LI model has an impressive riding range of 70-75 km with a charging time of four hours only. The Benling Icon electric scooter comes with the fully-digital LCD instrument cluster, long or comfortable seat, stylish alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. The electric scooter also comes with additional features such as USB charging port, integrated locking system, anti-theft protection alarm, push start & stop button, keyless start, detachable battery pack setup, self road assistance button, reverse gear function and regenerative braking system. The Benling Icon electric scooter to be available in three attractive colours options with two variants the base variant is LA with a lead-acid battery pack and top variant is LI with a lithium-ion battery pack in Indian electric scooter market. The Benling Icon electric scooter will be available at all Benling electric scooter showrooms across India.

Benling Icon is the electric scooter which works on 250 Watts Brushless hub motor. The electric scooter is equipped with two types of battery options such as one is 60V/22Ah VRLA lead-acid battery pack and another is 60V/22Ah lithium-ion battery pack both of which offer same riding range but different charging times. The VRLA lead-acid battery pack model has a range of 70-75 km depending on the riding condition on a single charge with a charging time of eight to nine hours only. The lithium-ion battery pack model offers a range of 70-75 km depending on the riding condition on a single charge with a charging time of four hours only. The electric scooter can accelerate to a top speed of 25 kmph only. The suspension duties managed by telescopic forks at the front wheel and hydraulic shock absorber at the rear end wheel.
