Ducati 959 Panigale Overview: The Italian bike manufacturer company Ducati lunched the much-awaited aggressive looking super bike 959 Panigale in the Indian market at the 2016 India Bike Week. Ducati 959 Panigale is the updated version of Ducati’s popular ‘supermid’ track bike – the 899 Panigale. This new machine from Italian manufacturer comes with new aerodynamics package, Euro4 and a refreshed electronic package. The bike come with cosmetic upgrades like as a wider fairing, windshield and larger air intakes, which give the front end an aggressive look. The bike fairing gets an LED lamp setup which mimics the one in Ducati’s litre-class flagship model 1299 Panigale, while the rear gets a revised design for the split tailpiece. Ducati 959 Panigale come with new advance electronics package like as ABS, traction control, quick shift, engine brake control and ride-by-wire throttle. The bike is equipped electronics allow with with ride-by-wire technology so you can choose from three different riding modes to adjust biking features as per rider’s requirements and nearby conditions, the riding mode like as race riding mode, sport riding mode and wet riding mode.

Ducati 959 Panigale Specification: Ducati 959 Panigale is powered by a 955 cc, Superquadro L-twin cylinder, 4 valve per cylinder, Desmodromic, liquid cooled engine. The engine generate maximum power 154.85 Bhp at 10500 Rpm and maximum torque of 107.4 Nm at 9000 Rpm. The engine is equipped with Mitsubishi electronic fuel injection system, twin injectors per cylinder and full ride-by-wire elliptical throttle bodies. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox. The bike uses Ducati Safety Pack twin 320 mm semi-floating discs, radially mounted Brembo monobloc M4.32 4-piston calipers, with Bosch ABS as standard at the front and 245 mm disc, 2-piston caliper, with Bosch ABS as standard at th rear. The brakes are equipped with Bosch electronically adjustable Anti-lock Braking System which makes it more responsive. The suspension work is handled by fully adjustable Showa BPF fork with 43 mm chromed inner tubes at th front and fully adjustable Sachs unit with aluminum double-sided swingarm at the rear. The bike has a fuel tank of 17 liters and it weights around 200 kg.
