Ducati Diavel Overview: The Italian bike manufacturer company Ducati lunched the most aggressive looking power cruiser bike Diavel in India. Ducati has tried to approach cross-country cruising with a different angle. Diavel is come with the classic laid back cruisers and the modern sport tourers and sports a naked body style with powerful engine. The front section equipped with a quadrilateral headlamp along with LED positioning lights flanking the main illuminating beam. The clear lens indicators are integrated in its front cowl. The rear profile of the bike consists of twin vertical red LED’s and a multi-reflector strip finding space in between. The exposed trellis frame makes it look raw while the smart curves around the tank and the fascia give it a sporty touch. In terms of design and styling, the Diavel is stylish and macho look bike. Ducati Diavel has a split-level fully digitized instrument console. The bike uses LCD for its digital speedometer, tachometer, clock, odometer and fuel gauge. The bike is equipped with ride-by-wire technology and offer three riding mode like as urban riding mode, touring riding mode and sport riding mode.

Ducati Diavel Specification: Ducati Diavel is powered by a 1198.4 cc, Testastretta 11° L-Twin, 4-desmodromically actuated valves per cylinder, liquid cooled engine with electronic fuel injection system. The engine generate maximum power output of 159.5 Bhp at 9250 Rpm and maximum torque output of 130.5 Nm at 8000 Rpm. The engine is equipped with wire controlled electronic fuel injection system that offers quick throttle response with uninterrupted power. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox. The bike uses Ducati Safety Pack 320 mm semi-floating dual discs, radially attached Brembo Monobloc 4-piston calipers at the front and 265mm disc, 2-piston floating caliper at the rear. The bike also comes fitted with the Bosch Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) which provides safety and stability. The suspension work is handled by Marzocchi’s fully adjustable 50mm upside-down forks suspension with DLC-treatment at the front and fully adjustable rear shock with progressive linkage with remote spring preload adjustment with single-sided aluminum swingarm at the rear end. The bike has a fuel tank of 17 liters and it weights around 239 kg.
