The Italian sports bike manufacturer company Ducati has thrilled the Indian bike market to launching its Scrambler series. The Ducati Scrambler series its world debut at the 2014 INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany. Ducati will be starting its sell its operations in India on 18th March 2015. Certainly living up to that hype, the bike reminds of the 1960-70’s vintages and is styled as a “retro” bike. Ducati Scrambler will be available in four versions in India like as Ducati Scrambler Icon, Ducati Scrambler Classic, Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle and Ducati Scrambler Urban Enduro.

Ducati Scrambler Classic Overview: The Italian sports bike manufacturer company Ducati lunched the expensive model model in the Scrambler series Classic in India. Ducati Scrambler Classic is aimed at customers looking for a middleweight modern classic. Ducati Scrambler each version is designed to meet a particular style stature engrossed with adventure and a strong off-roding bike. The bike comes with a host of vintage touches to give the bike an authentic old-school feel. The Scrambler Classic offers the best classic bike feel in a modern package. The bike come with tear drop shaped fuel tank gets aluminum panelling while the rider sits on a vintage leather seat and even the front and rear mudguards are made out of aluminum. Scrambler Classic modern package equipped with LED DRLs for the headlamps, LED tail lamps, LCD instrument cluster and an under seat USB charging port. The Scrambler has been quite a successful product for Italian sports bike manufacturer company Ducati.

Ducati Scrambler Classic Specification: Ducati Scrambler Classic is powered by a 803 cc, L-Twin, desmodromic distribution, 2 valves per cylinder, air cooled engine. The engine generate maximum power 73.97 Bhp at 8250 Rpm and maximum torque of 68 Nm at 5750 Rpm. The engine is equipped with electronic fuel injection system.The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox. The bike uses the 330 mm disc, radial 4-piston calliper with ABS as standard equipment at the front and 245 mm disc, 1-piston floating calliper with ABS as standard equipment at the rear. The suspension work is handled by Upside down Kayaba 41 mm fork at the front and Kayaba rear shock, pre-load adjustable at the rear. The bike has a fuel tank of 13.5 liters and it weights around 192.5 kg.
