In view of the increasing demand for electric vehicles across the world, many new electric vehicle manufacturers are introducing their new electric models. One of these is Fisker which promises to bring some exciting products. The American EV startup has unveiled its first electric car, the Ocean SUV, at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2021. The EV maker claims that the Fisker Ocean electric SUV will challenge the Tesla Model Y, an electric car from the world’s largest electric vehicle maker, with better driving range. According to the company, it will start production of the Fisker Ocean electric SUV in November 2022. With this, the Fisker Ocean Electric SUV will be seen standing alongside Lucid’s electric vehicles in challenging Tesla’s dominance in the electric vehicle market. Fisker claims that the Xtreme, the top model of its Ocean SUV, will deliver a range of 563 km on a full charge. Whereas the other model of Ocean SUV will give a range of 547 km in ultra single charge. At the same time, the electric car Tesla Model Y covers a distance of 531 km on a single full charge.
Fisker Ocean e-SUV Launch Date:
The Fisker Ocean electric SUV will be available in three different variants. The Extreme and Ultra will be the high-range models using nickel-based batteries. While the base variant Sport will use an iron-based battery. The Ocean Sport model gives a range of 402 km on a single full charge. Although there is no information about the launch of this car in India yet, but we think that this car may be launched in India in the coming few years but we will have to wait for some time.

Exterior
Talking about its design, it is an fantastic electric car. Apart from, All-wheel drive will be offered as standard on the Fisker Ocean high-range models. The exterior look of the Fisker Ocean SUV is quite muscular. It gets big alloy wheels. Its sharp and slim headlight equipped with LED DRL gives it an aggressive look. Keeping the environment in mind, the company has made the entire interior of the Ocean SUV from recycled materials.
Interior
According to the report, This SUV comes with a stylish design and many unique features. The 17.1-inch touchscreen infotainment display in it is set vertically. Which can be rotated to the horizontal position by pressing a button. The company has named this feature “Hollywood Mode”. The top trim of the Ocean Xtreme, the electric SYV, gets a solar roof which is claimed to provide a driving range of 3,218 km per year.
