Hyosung GT range comprises of three models, Hyosung GT650R, GT 650N and GT250R. As conveyed from their suffix, the letters ‘R’ and ‘N’ refers to Racing and Naked respectively. The Korean giant has given a reliable option to the Indian buyers in the form of these motorcycles and has succeeded quite well in holding a grip in the vast Indian two-wheeler market.
Hyosung GT650R Overview : Korean motorcycle brand Hyosung first launched the GT 650R in India in 2012. Introduced as a middle weight performance motorcycle, the GT 650R continues to remain one of Hyosung’s most popular offering worldwide. The GT 650R went through a major cosmetic upgrade in 2013. The front-end was completely restyled and now features a stylish new design which also aids the overall aerodynamics. Behind the new face sits a fairly big fuel tank which can hold up to 17 litres of fuel.

Hyosung GT650R Specifications : Hyosung GT650R and GT650N come with a 647cc, 90 degree, V-twin, liquid-cooled motor that is linked to a six-speed gearbox. The engine generates a maximum power of 72.68bhp at 9,000rpm with a net torque of 60.9Nm at 7,500rpm. The other bike Hyosung GT250R has a 249cc, four-stroke, 8-valve, V-twin, oil-cooled mill that comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. It generates a maximum power of 28bhp at 10,000rpm with a peak torque of 22.07Nm at 8,000rpm.
