Jawa Motorcycles are all set to be unveiled on 15th November 2018. As per our sources, there will be 3 bikes in total ranging in Jawa from 250 to 400cc. The launch will most likely happen in Last of 2018.
Jawa Motorcycles, the legendary bike company, had its run on Indian roads till early 1990s but the company faded out of existence after sales dropped dramatically. The Classic Legends Pvt Ltd, the company in which Mahindra has a 60 per cent stake, bought the rights to the brand in India and is now planning to re-launch an entire series of bikes in the coming months in India.

Jawa 300 Specifications:
The bike is powered by a 293cc air-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine which cranks out 27 Bhp of power and 28 Nm of torque. The bike will be built with BS-VI vehicle emission norms in mind. The engine comes along with a six-speed manual transmission. According to the company, the new engine has been developed from scratch and we believe it shares only the very basic architecture with the Mojo’s existing 300cc mill, and it will be BS-VI ready as well. It features telescopic fork up front and twin shock absorbers at the back, with a gas-charged canister at the bottom adding to the retro look. Braking duties might be handled by a disc brake up front and a drum unit at the rear. The motorcycle should be equipped with a single-channel ABS as per the new safety regulations.

Jawa 350 Design:
Jawa 300 come with numerous retro-styling elements inspired by the original Jawa. The bike features a round headlight with dispersion style lens, a curvy tank, a long and flat tan seat and spoke wheels. The new Jawa 300 will feature an analogue instrument console. Other old-school design details include round mirrors, round indicators and period-style telescopic fork. The overall stance of the new Jawa looks highly similar to the original motorcycle and that should appeal to buyers looking for retro-styled machines.
