Most In Demand SUV Car – Nissan Magnite

November was not good for automobile companies. The sales figures of most of the companies had deteriorated on a monthly basis. The country’s largest car company Maruti had got a growth of just 0.61%. At the same time, the sales of companies like Tata, Bajaj Auto, Escorts Tractor, TVS Motor declined. However, in the meantime, Nissan India has achieved a staggering annual growth of 161%.

Nissan’s sub-compact SUV Magnite has been largely behind this impressive growth. The company was launched in December last year. Nissan’s domestic sales stood at 2,651 units in November. At the same time, Nissan and Datsun exported 2,954 units.

Magnite receives 73000 bookings:

Rakesh Srivastava, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Limited said that the big, bold, beautiful all-new Nissan Magnite has received over 73000 bookings since its launch. This SUV has turned out to be a game changer for us. We are continuously getting good response from the customers. 31% of its bookings are coming from the digital eco-system.

Nissan Magnite Engine Specifications:

The Magnite is built on Renault-Nissan’s new CMF-A platform. It will get the naturally aspirated B4D dual-VVT 1.0-litre petrol engine, which will generate 72hp power. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The higher variant will get the HRA0 turbo-charged 1.0-litre petrol engine, which will be mated to a 5-speed manual and CVT automatic gearbox. It will generate power of 95hp. However, the car will not be launched in a diesel engine. Its starting ex-showroom price is Rs 5.71 lakh.

For the first time in this segment, a 360-degree surround view monitor has been given, which is derived from the Nissan Kicks. Cameras have been given all around in it, which gives a view from all sides. By pressing a button, you can choose the camera view according to the need from the list.

Apart from the common features like Dual Airbags, ABS with EBD, Central Locking System, Speed Sensing Door Lock, Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC), Hill Start Assist System (HAS), Traction Control has also been given in it. • Nissan Magnite XV (High): 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, LED daytime lamps and foglamps, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 7-inch TFT display instrument cluster, voice recognition technology, reverse camera And push start button.
• Nissan Magnite XV (Premium): It will get features like LED bi-projector headlamps, cruise control, 360-degree surround view camera, tire pressure monitor, all-black interior, sunroof.
