The country’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India can introduce its next-generation Maruti Suzuki S-Cross globally on November 25, 2021. The new 2022 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross is expected to see several changes, including a new grille and a new set of redesigned alloy wheels. Let us tell you that some time back, Maruti Suzuki released the teaser of its new Suzuki S-Cross SUV. However, if some reports are to be believed, the company may launch the new-generation Maruti S-Cross with the existing engine as well as the new Light Hybrid Technology (MHEV). According to the information, the updated petrol engine will be used in 2022 Suzuki S-Cross along with 48V mild-hybrid system. The company is selling the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross in a total of 4 trim options, which include Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha. This car is being sold at a price of Rs 8.59 lakh to Rs 12.56 lakh (ex-showroom). This car competes with cars like Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster, Nissan Kicks, Mahindra Scorpio, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun and MG Astor in the market. New-Gen Maruti S Cross Exterior Design:
The S-Cross is a great car from Suzuki, which is popular among the people due to its excellent look, interior and special features. Now news is coming that the curtain will be lifted from the new generation Suzuki S-Cross at the end of this month. Talking about the look and design of the New Suzuki S-Cross, it looks quite new and aggressive. Its length ranges from 4.2 m to 4.5 m. According to the leaked image, it will get a new design tri-beam LED headlamp and revised front grille as well as black inserts. Its chrome stripes connect the grille to the headlamps. Suzuki has also improved the front bumper and fog lamps in the updated avatar of its popular crossover. Along with this, a wider front track, raked front windshield, new alloy wheels and sloping roofline will also be seen.
New-Gen Maruti S Cross Interior:
According to media reports, the new Suzuki S-Cross will be offered with many special features, including Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) as well as regenerative braking system, starter generator, torque assist function and many more mechanical features will be seen. No information about the technology and interiors of the new generation S-Cross has been revealed yet. However, the updated model of the SUV is likely to get better premium upholstery and a sizable modern touchscreen infotainment system.

In terms of engine and power, the updated S-Cross will see the same 1.5-litre K15 petrol engine as the current model, which will be equipped with smart hybrid technology and will be capable of generating up to 104bhp power and 138Nm torque. It can be offered with a 5 speed manual and 4 speed automatic as well as a 6 speed automatic gearbox.
