Veteran carmaker Skoda has launched its Skoda Kodiaq facelift in India. The starting price of this car is Rs 34.99 lakh. This price is for the base style trim of the car while the top spec L&K trim costs Rs 37.49 lakh. Bookings have started for this car and soon the delivery of the car will also start. This car has made a comeback in India after a long gap of almost two years. The company discontinued this SUV at the beginning of the year 2020 due to BS6 rules. The new 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift was unveiled globally in April 2021 and is now finally launched in the Indian market. In the Indian market, it can compete with Volkswagen Tiguan, Hyundai Tucson and Citroen C5 Aircross.
Skoda Kodiaq facelift Exterior Design:
The look and design of the Skoda Kodiaq Facelift, The company has given a new and more aggressive exterior to the new Skoda Kodiaq facelift SUV. Skoda’s signature grille has been installed at the front, in which chrome surround ribs have been used. It will get body colored bumper and front spoiler, retractable headlight washer, crystalline LED headlights from Skoda. In the side profile, the company has given dual-tone alloy wheels, advanced case with 4 request sensors in the door handles and functional silver roof rails. On the back side, many other great features like dynamic turn indicator, large ‘Skoda’ lettering and electric tailgate with virtual pedals will be seen.
Skoda Kodiaq facelift Interior:
Talking about the interior of the car, it will get an updated cabin. Dual-tone black and beige theme will be used in this. The dashboard is fitted with a two-spoke steering wheel. At the center of the dashboard is an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with inbuilt navigation and wireless connectivity. The doors are fitted with a 12-speaker Canton sound system. Behind the steering wheel is a large 10.25-inch digital driver display. It will get three modes in automatic climate control. The car has a ventilated front seats, which have both cooling and heating features. The driver’s seat can be electrically adjusted in 12 ways and also has memory functions.
Skoda Kodiaq facelift Engine:
Talking about the engine, it has a 2.0-litre, turbo-petrol engine. Which can generate maximum power of 190 bhp and maximum torque of 320 Nm. The engine is mated to a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
