Tata is currently leading the electric vehicle market in India. Recently the best selling electric cars in India are from tata motors. Tata had launched its second generation EV TATA CURVV a few months ago (April) and once again tata has come in the market with its new EV concept. This time his new electric car is going to be named – TATA AVINYA
Shailesh Chandra, MD, Tata Motors, explaining the reason behind naming this car as AVINYA said, “AVINYA is a Sanskrit word which means “innovation” and the accompanying word represents IN India.
Launch Date:
N. Chandrashekharan said that Tata Avinya has been designed for the Indian market. However, it will be launched in the global market. The carmaker also revealed that it will launch the Avinya EV in 2025 after launching the Tata Curvv EV within the next 24 months.

Tata Avinya EV Design:
Exterior
The look of the new electric car concept is very stylish, which makes it very attractive. The concept car is the pre-production form of a premium SUV with an electric powertrain. The car gets an attractive LED strip in the form of a T, which stands for Tata Motors. The LED strip acts as an integrated LED daytime running light connecting the hat headlamps. The front too gets a big black panel while the bumper looks sculpted.
Interior
Inside the cabin, the Tata Avinya EV can be seen with a completely different appearance. The automaker claims that it has been designed to offer more space, higher structural safety, dust protection and advanced driver assistance. Apart from this, it gets many connectivity features, a large touchscreen infotainment system on the center console, an all-digital instrument cluster with a specially shaped steering wheel. Its special thing is that its seats can rotate 360 degrees.
It is important to note here that Avinya is a concept electric car. Concept means the company has given an idea that it can launch such an electric car. In such a situation, when the company will launch its production model, then many changes will be seen in it.
