Tata Motors has launched the BS6 Nexon at starting price of Rs 7.00 lakh, ex-showroom. The BS6 compliant Nexon is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel engine mated to a 6-speed manual or AMT. The Nexon is offered with multi-drive modes – Eco, Sport and City. The Nexon gets ABS with EBD, driver as well as passenger airbags and rear parking sensors as standard features. The Nexon comes with a sunroof, digital instrument cluster and iRA app which offers the live location of a vehicle, geo-fence, and valet mode. The sub-compact SUV competes with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, and Mahindra XUV300.
