Vespa 125 Overview: The Vespa 125 is the entry-level model in Piaggio’s scooter line-up in India. Vespa 125 a modern incarnation of the original the Italian scooters from the 1960s, the 125 is offered in a single variant with a 125cc engine. The scooter come with very comfortable to sit and provides optimum comfort ride. The Vespa 125 continues to embody the simple-looking original design philosophy that made retro scooters so popular. The scooter come with round headlight, curvy body panels and a slightly forward leaning stance. The solid steel body provides better safety than others at the time of collision. The scooter has a big, inbuilt lockable glove box which is very handy and a roomy under seat storage space and the bag hook is just above the floor board to carry essentials. The instrument console of the scooter is also simple and stylish with display speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge is analogue with a digital clock with buttons to set the time.

The engine generate maximum power 10.5 Bhp at 7500 Rpm and maximum torque of 10.6 Nm at 6000 Rpm. The engine is mated to a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) gearbox. The scooter both wheels are equipped with drum brakes at the front and rear. The suspension system handle by telescopic forks at the front and mono shock absorber at the rear. The bike has a fuel tank of 7 liters and it weights around 114 kg.
