Yamaha YZF R3 Overview: Yamaha Motors India lunched the its much-awaited super sport bike YZF R3. YZF R3 is the middle-weight super sport bike from Yamaha Motor India. YZF-R3 is being sold as a completely-knocked-down (CKD) unit. The edgy R-series bikes are mostly inspired from each other and same happens to the R3. The R3 is built around a lightweight diamond-type semi-trellis steel frame. The bike come with a differently designed twin headlamp with an air intake and a pilot lamp in the centre and a perfectly placed visor. The iconic sharp tail light design and the boomerang inspired side fairing says all for the design. The bike front part come with a differently designed headlights and a perfectly placed visor. The instrument console integrates a shift indicator light, fuel consumption indicator, fuel-injector diagnostics, gear position indicator and engine temperature indicator. YZF R3 gets short in length and perfectly shaped.

It generate maximum power 41.4 Bhp at 10750 Rpm and maximum torque of 29.6 Nm at 9000 Rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The power values are excellent when compared to the others in the segment and the performance of Yamaha R-series bikes has always been non arguable. The front brake is 298 mm hydraulic, single disc brake and 220 mm hydraulic, single disc brake at the rear end. The front suspension is telescopic and rear suspension is swing arm. It has a fuel tank of 14 liters and it weights around 169 kg.
