Go for a High- Fibre Diet: A high fiber diet includes fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds. It reduces your blood sugar levels and lowers the risk of heart attacks. Having more fruits; actually helps you to satisfy your sweet tough, and eventually end up having lesser sweets. It is a good option to have fruits after dinner or lunch, so that you don’t end up craving for a sweet dish. Fibers help in keeping blood sugar levels even because they are digested more slowly, thus preventing your body from producing too much insulin.
