BMW Motorrad has finally lunched the new BS6 compliant G 310 GS bike in India. The BMW G 310 GS is the popular middle-weight adventurer tourer bike from the BMW India lineup. The new bike gets minor cosmetic changes with minor mechanical specifications change with new BS6 standard emission engine and updated features. In terms of design the new bike gets minor cosmetics change, the BMW has implemented certain new added features are brand-new LED headlight with attractive horizontal LED DRL, LED turn indicators, LED taillight and attractive colors options with new bold body graphics in body panels. The new bike continues to feature a semi-fairing, beak design at the front, a windscreen and a step-up style seat. The new bike equipped with new BS6 standard emission engine with electronic fuel injection system and ride-by-wire technology makes the throttle response more precise and crispier, enhancing the overall riding experience in the bike. BS6 BMW G 310 GS comes with fully-digital TFT display instrument cluster, sculpted fuel tank, alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. The new bike also comes with adjustable clutch lever or handbrake lever and ride-by-wire technology. BS6 BMW G 310 GS continues to be available in only three attractive color options with new bold body graphics and only one variant including the dual disc brake with dual channel ABS option in India.

BS6 BMW G 310 GS Specifications:

BS6 BMW G 310 GS is powered by the all-new 313cc, 4-stroke, 4-valves, water-cooled, single-cylinder, 2-overhead camshafts, BS6 engine with electronic fuel injection system that produces 34 Hp of power at 5250 rpm and 28 Nm of torque at 7500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission with an assist and slipper clutch as standard. The new engine equipped with BS6 standard emission with electronic fuel injection system which improve overall performance and fuel efficiency in the bike. The suspension duties managed by 41 mm upside down forks at the front and cast aluminum dual swing arm with spring pre-load adjustable monoshock at the rear. The braking duties handled by a 300 mm disc brake with four-piston fixed caliper at the front and 240 mm disc brake with single-piston floating caliper at rear with dual channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) for the better handling braking duties and safe ride on the road.
