British-based two-wheeler manufacturer Triumph Motorcycles has finally lunched the new BS6 compliant Street Triple RS in India. The Triumph Street Triple RS is the famous aggressive stylish middle-weight naked street fighter bike from Triumph Motorcycles lineup. The new bike gets minor cosmetic changes with minor mechanical specifications change with new BS6 standard emission engine with new updated features. In terms of design the new bike remains unchanged, the Triumph has implemented certain new added features are new revised more aggressive muscular street fighter design with new attractive colors options. The notable specification changes in bike including the new BS6 standard emission engine, up-down quick shifter, fully adjustable suspension from Showa, Brembo M4.32 brake calipers and Pirelli’s latest-generation Supercorsa SP V3 tyres. BS6 Triumph Street Triple RS comes with full-color TFT digital instrument cluster that features MyTriumph connectivity system or optional Bluetooth connectivity, aggressive looking twin-LED headlight with LED DRLs, LED taillight, sculpted fuel tank and step-up style split seats. The electronic package such as ride-by-wire and five riding modes road, rain, sport, track or rider configurable. BS6 Triumph Street Triple RS continuous to be available in two attractive colors options and only one variant including the dual disc brake with dual-channel ABS option in India.

BS6 Triumph Street Triple RS is powered by the all-new 765cc, 4-stroke, 12-valve, liquid-cooled, in-line 3-cylinder, DOHC, BS6 engine with multipoint sequential electronic fuel injection system with SAI electronic throttle control that produces  118 Hp of power at 12000 rpm and 79 Nm of torque at 9350 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission with wet, multi-plate and assist & slipper clutch with Triumph quick shifter. The suspension duties managed by Showa 41 mm upside down separate function big piston forks (SF-BPF) at the front and Showa piggyback reservoir monoshock at the rear. The braking duties handled by 310 mm twin floating discs brakes with Brembo M4.32 4-piston radial monobloc calipers at the front and 220 mm single disc brake with Brembo single piston caliper at rear with dual channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) for the better handling braking duties and safe ride on the road.
