Quarantine Workout of the Wednesday Part-2

We are all stranded in our homes due to COVID 19. So at Talkingtrendo will be daily publishing workout plans for you.

In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mind as well as physical capacity.

These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any, you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.

Stretching

Shoulder bend roll 5 times clockwise and 5-time anti clock wise.

kick each of your legs 10 times in the air.

Alternate leg knee tucks – 5 times each leg.

Warmup

1 Minutes skipping.

Rest for 15 seconds.

1 Minute twisting jump

Rest 15 seconds

1 Minute Alternate toe touch.

Rest for 30 seconds

Exercise:- Today we will do 10 exercises each. Each exercise we will do for 20 seconds straight and take a 10-second rest in between sets we will perform 4 sets of each exercise.

1 Jumping jacks for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times.

2 Jumping squats for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

3 lunge and jump for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

(2 sets with right leg in front and 2 with left leg in front)

4 Mountain climber for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

5 scissors leg raise for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

6 Side skater for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

7 leg butt lifts for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

(2 sets with right  leg first then 2 with the left leg)

8 sumo squats for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

9 Dirty dog for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times

(2 sets with right leg and 2 with the left leg)

10 plank for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest repeat in 4 times
